Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit silentacademyloversite.site or email Silent Academy Lover. In short: this website doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t run analytics or advertising trackers, and its contact form doesn’t send anything to our servers. If you email us, we use your email to communicate with you.

Who is responsible for your information?

Silent Academy Lover is a brand operated by Digital Web solutions (“we”, “us”). We work online with local businesses in the United States. For privacy questions, contact us with the email button on our homepage.

What does this website collect?

  • No cookies. The website doesn’t set any cookies.
  • No analytics or tracking. We don’t use Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights, advertising pixels or social media widgets.
  • No third-party requests. The page, its fonts and its scripts all load from our own domain, so your browser doesn’t contact Google Fonts or any other outside service when you open the site.
  • Two preferences saved on your device. If you switch between light and dark mode or turn motion on or off, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage, under the names sal-theme and sal-motion. These preferences stay on your device and are never sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings.

What does our hosting provider see?

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. Vercel’s privacy policy explains how it handles this data.

What happens when you use the contact form or email button?

The contact form (business name, city and Google listing link) works entirely in your browser. When you press the button, it opens Gmail, Outlook or your own mail app with a message ready to send. The form doesn’t send or store anything on our side. You decide whether to send the email.

If you choose Gmail or Outlook, you’re using that service under its own terms and privacy policy, such as Google’s or Microsoft’s.

What do we do with the emails you send us?

  • What we receive: your email address and anything you include, such as your name, your business name, its city and a link to its Google listing.
  • Why we use it: to communicate with you, to build the free demo you asked for, and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work.
  • Public business information: to build your demo, we use your business’s public Google listing, including its reviews, photos and address.
  • How email reaches us: email sent to our domain is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare privacy policy).
  • How we communicate: by WhatsApp, email (Gmail), calls, or whatever channel you prefer. Each of those services handles your messages under its own privacy policy, such as Google’s and WhatsApp’s.
  • What we keep: we don’t keep your emails on our side beyond normal communication with you.
  • Your project files: we hand them to you when the project is finished.

Who else may handle your information?

The service providers we use to run the website and to communicate with you: Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (email routing), and Gmail, WhatsApp or the other channels you choose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

What are your choices?

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us through the homepage. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under privacy law.

This website is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13.
