The information on this website is general. We link to the research we quote so you can check it at the source, but we can’t guarantee that third-party figures are complete or current. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we’re not responsible for their content.

• The demo is free, and asking for one doesn’t commit you to buy anything.
• We build it from the public information on your business’s Google listing, including its reviews, photos and address.
• By asking for a demo, you confirm that you’re authorized to act for the business.
• The demo is a preview of your site.

• Each website has one build price, paid once, on the day we deliver your site and put it live. We tell you the price for your site before you decide to go ahead. We don’t charge monthly fees.
• Domain and hosting: your domain name and hosting are third-party costs that you pay. If you decide to go ahead after your booked call, you pay the domain and hosting cost before we build your site. These aren’t fees from us.
• Refunds: if you’re not satisfied with our work, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery of the work. No refund is given after that.

You can ask for changes when you review your demo. Revisions are unlimited until you’re satisfied.

We aim to send your demo link within 24 hours of receiving your business name. Going from build to a live site usually takes from three days, depending on the project. Three days is a minimum, not a guaranteed delivery date: the actual time depends on your business and the scope of the work.

When your site goes live, we hand over its files and the site is yours. Project files are handed to you when the project is finished. Some parts of a website, such as fonts and open-source code libraries, are licensed by their creators, and they stay under their own licences.

You confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos, logos and other material you send us or that appear on your business listing, and that we may use them to build your demo and your website.

This is a separate service. We advise on and optimize your business’s own existing Google Business Profile and website. You remain the owner of your profile and your accounts. We can’t guarantee any ranking or position on Google, and Google states (opens in a new tab) that there’s no way to request or pay for a better local ranking. You choose either a one-time job or a monthly service.

This website and its information are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Digital Web solutions isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page on the day you ask for a demo or agree to a project. Updates change the effective date at the top.
